The 5L double stand-up pouch with spout uses a double stand-up pouch format with a spout and is suitable for juice packaging; pouch dimensions and artwork can be customized on request.
Common laminated material structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. The thickness is 15–25 silk (multi-layer lamination), and the structure can be selected according to juice packaging requirements. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing. The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. The product is made in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a 10,000-class cleanroom.
The MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Factory services include sample/artwork proofing and customization of dimensions and artwork according to customer requirements for 5L juice double stand-up pouches with spout.
