The 500g Seasoning Powder Self-Seal Zipper Pouch with Tear Notch is designed for seasoning powder packaging. Its key variant is the tear notch at the pouch opening, combined with a self-seal zipper for easy opening and repeated closure. Pouch dimensions can be customized to meet 500g seasoning powder packaging requirements.
Common laminated structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, selectable according to the product and packaging needs. Multi-layer lamination thickness is 15–25 silk.
Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing and supports customization to the customer's artwork. The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. The product is made in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a Class 10,000 clean workshop.
Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request. The factory supports sample/image proofing and customization of dimensions and artwork according to customer requirements. MOQ is 10,000 pieces, suitable for customized packaging of seasoning powder and similar powdered foods.
