Decoding the Keywords of China's 12th Five-Year Plan for the Printing Industry
ppzhan news:
The General Administration of Press and Publication is organizing the formulation of the 12th Five-Year Development Plan for the printing industry. The overall goal is: by the end of the 12th Five-Year Plan period, major progress shall have been made in the transformation from a big printing country to a strong printing country, striving to achieve the goal of becoming a strong country ahead of schedule within the news and publishing industry. To transform from a big printing country into a strong printing country, green printing is very important, but digital printing can be ignored even less; the two will become keywords in the future development of China's printing industry.
Judging from China's development over the past two years, the printing industry has irreversibly embarked on the path of technology and environmental protection, so green printing and digital printing will also inevitably be a concern of the 12th Five-Year Plan.
At this time, the much-watched Fifth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee held four days of meetings in Beijing and closed on the 19th. Some experts believe that restructuring, industrial upgrading, and energy conservation and emission reduction will be important contents of the 12th Five-Year Plan. In the coming years, China's basic strategy for development transformation will unfold around comprehensive investment in "people-oriented, green, innovative and coordinated" development. Therefore, the 12th Five-Year Plan for the printing industry will carry out a strategic layout and planning for green printing and digital printing in China's printing industry.
Therefore, in order to build an environmental protection system for China's printing industry and promote the development of green printing, the green transformation of the industry must be guided. Jointly with the Ministry of Environmental Protection, formulate and improve green and environmental printing standards, establish a whole-process green printing standard system from raw material procurement to printing production and through to the recovery of products after use, and gradually form a relatively complete green and environmental printing management and standards system.
Likewise, to realize digital printing in China we must rely on scientific and technological progress, advance technological innovation and guide industrial upgrading. We must persist in taking the enhancement of independent innovation capability as the core and give full play to the industrial support role of the printing equipment and materials industries. We shall focus on organizing well the "major project of digital printing and printing digitalization" and form a number of printing enterprises with independent intellectual property rights.
It can very clearly be seen that accelerating the realization of digitalization and green printing in China's printing industry is an important component of China's 12th Five-Year Plan, and is also a powerful move toward achieving the goal of making China a strong printing country.
