The 5L Bag-in-Box (BIB) for liquid egg combines a flexible laminated film bag with an outer box, and the bag is fitted with an aseptic cap outlet on top — the core structural feature that distinguishes this product from standard BIB bags of the same volume. Available laminate structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 15–25 silk (150–250 microns, multi-layer laminate), so the structure can be matched to your filling method, dispensing method and transport conditions.
Printing is gravure printing in 1–8 colors, suitable for brand artwork and required identification information on the bag. The production flow is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Bag making and heat sealing are carried out in a Class 10,000 cleanroom, and the aseptic cap is heat-sealed and welded to the bag body during the bag-making step to ensure the integrity of the outlet seal.
For customization, the factory supports sampling from your physical sample or artwork file, with size and artwork customized to customer requirements. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and the place of origin is Dongguan, Guangdong. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
