This product is a 2L lamb colostrum pouch with a rigid frame (plastic bracket), intended for lamb colostrum packaging. Common laminated materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 15–25 silk (multi-layer lamination); the structure can be selected according to barrier and artwork requirements.
Printing and bag making are carried out in a 10,000-class cleanroom following the process of gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing; 1–8 color gravure printing is supported. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
The specification is 2L with a plastic bracket; the MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and the origin is Dongguan, Guangdong. The factory supports sample/drawing proofing and customization of dimensions and artwork according to customer requirements for lamb colostrum packaging.
The customization process can start with sample/drawing proofing; after confirming material structure, thickness, printed artwork, and dimensions, production proceeds through gravure printing, lamination, slitting, bag making, and heat sealing. All specifications are subject to the samples and artwork confirmed by both parties.
