Custom Foil Spout Pouch 1–10 L for Calf Colostrum

This 1-10 L aluminium foil laminated pouch for calf colostrum is made from food-grade-oriented materials and covers collection, chilling and feeding on a farm. The pouch has a spout and connects to a feeder to deliver colostrum directly to the calf. Because the size range runs from 1 L to 10 L, farms can choose a volume to suit calf weight and feeding plan rather than decanting repeatedly.

The laminate is made up of a foil layer, an adhesive layer and a heat-seal inner layer. Foil blocks light and oxygen, and the inner layer is chosen for contact with dairy products and for a firm heat seal. Pouch-making temperature and pressure have to match the laminate thickness, and the spout weld is checked for air tightness so nothing leaks after chilling.

Printing is available in 1-8 colours, and the pouch face can carry farm branding, feeding instructions and a blank field for writing. Accessories are the drain tube and outer frame, with tube length selected to the feeder. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and volume, pouch style and spout type all follow the order.

Calf colostrum is the main fill. The same pouch also suits milk, dairy preservation and liquid feed; colostrum pouch, calf feeding pouch, milk pouch and feeding pouch are names within one family.
