Custom Foil Spout Pouch 1–1000 ml for Lotion, Lip Gloss and Sheet Mask

This custom foil spout pouch refines small-dose cosmetic packaging: lotions, facial cleansers and body lotions dispense through a spout, while lip products use a spout with a built-in applicator so the contents can be applied straight from the pack. A body built from aluminium foil and laminated material blocks light well, which suits formulas carrying more active ingredients. The capacity range is 1-1000 ml, covering anything from a few millilitres in a trial size up to a regular volume.

The foil layer blocks light and oxygen and is the main means of protecting formula stability, while the inner layer of the laminate determines how the pack behaves after long contact with a cream, so it is selected against the emulsion system and alcohol content. The body is soft and squeeze pressure is easy to modulate, and with a small-bore spout the output can be held to a very small amount, which suits serums and lotions dosed by the drop.

Printing runs to 1-8 colours. Space on a small pouch is limited, so information usually has to be divided between the front and back panels, with ingredients and directions best placed on the reverse. Pouch size, spout style and applicator fittings follow the product positioning, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs.
