Custom 5 L Light-Blocking Drinking-Water Stand-Up Spout Pouch with Handle

A customisable drinking-water stand-up spout pouch offered in 3 L and 5 L, with a handle and a screw-cap spout, aimed mainly at outdoor water and storage. Empty, it folds away; filled, it stands and is easy to place and carry.

The body is made from laminated material, and the stacked layers together meet both flexibility and load-bearing needs. Light blocking and leak resistance come from the material combination together with the heat-sealing process: sealing parameters have to be set for the pouch specification, and a weak seal directly affects performance, so a small trial fill is advisable before a full run.

Volumes cover 3 L and 5 L, printing supports 1–8 colours, and accessories are a spout, screw cap and handle. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with artwork, pouch proportions and handle style all adjustable to your requirements, and the layout can reserve room for volume marks or fill-level hints.

Uses include drinking water and outdoor storage, and extend to hydrogen-rich water, draught beer, juices, soups and milk. A handled version is easier for one person to carry at a 5 L fill, which suits household reserves and outdoor trips; flattened afterwards, it is ready to take along next time.

Kody Packaging produces in Dongguan, Guangdong, and can sample from your drawing or pouch so volume, handle position and print result are confirmed before bulk production. A drawing or a physical pouch is enough to start, and the sample can be filled and carried so volume marks and handle position are judged in use rather than on paper.
