800mm Heat-Resistant Laminated Roll Film for Food Packaging Machines

This product is an 800mm heat-resistant laminated roll film for continuous heat-sealing packaging on food packaging machines. Common lamination structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with thickness of 150–250 µm (multilayer lamination). It can be customized to the film-running, heat-sealing, and layout requirements of food packaging machines.

Structurally, different lamination combinations can be selected according to contents and machine processes; the heat-resistant variant focuses on the coordination between lamination layers and the heat-seal layer to suit subsequent heat-sealing and food packaging machine processing. Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing, and graphics, text, and color count can be customized to the customer's layout.

The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing; production is carried out in a Class 10000 clean workshop in Dongguan, Guangdong. Materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request. The roll width is 800mm, and size and layout can also be customized according to customer requirements.

MOQ is 10,000 pcs. The factory can provide sample/artwork proofing and customize size and layout according to customer requirements.
