The 500ml Sauce Double Stand-up Pouch with Butterfly Valve is a double stand-up pouch variant for sauce packaging. It is specified at 500ml and equipped with a butterfly valve, clearly differentiating it from same-size sauce pouches without valves or with other valve types. The double stand-up structure supports upright shelf display, while the butterfly valve configuration is intended for dispensing-oriented sauce applications.
Common composite materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 15–25 silk (multi-layer composite). The material is food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request; the actual structure should be confirmed based on sauce characteristics, filling method, and artwork requirements.
Production uses gravure printing (1–8 colors) → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. The origin is Dongguan, Guangdong, the workshop is a Class 10000 cleanroom, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
