High Barrier Double Stand-Up Pouch with Butterfly Valve for Juice and Wine

This double stand-up pouch uses a double bottom-gusset construction, so the bag stands upright on its own after filling, stays plump and stacks neatly for shelf display and carton shipping. The top can be fitted with a butterfly valve, a spout or a standard zipper, depending on your filling line. Side seals are reinforced, and seal width as well as bag curvature can be adjusted to your filling equipment to reduce leakage or bulging during filling.

Pouch material is usually food-grade PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or PET/NY/PE high-barrier laminated film. Oxygen barrier, light protection or acid resistance can be selected according to the contents, and the inner layer that touches the liquid is suitable for food contact applications. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, with custom artwork, colour matching and matt or gloss finishes. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L, and matching roll film is also available.

Typical uses include juice, jam, wine, apple cider vinegar, fermented liquids, syrup and sauces, as well as some household and industrial liquids. The usual custom flow is sample or artwork review, structure confirmation, prototyping and bulk production.
