2kg Tea Self-Seal Zipper Pouch with Degassing Valve | Custom Gravure Printed

The key differentiator of this 2kg tea self-seal zipper pouch is the degassing valve built into the bag. Tea continues to release gas slowly after packing; the valve structure helps vent accumulated gas from inside the pouch to the outside while limiting outside air ingress. Combined with a self-seal zipper for repeated opening and closing, it suits the filling, storage and shelf display of 2kg large-format tea packs.

The pouch body uses a multi-layer laminated structure. Common material combinations include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, selected according to light-blocking, barrier and stiffness requirements. Total multi-layer thickness is 15–25 silk (0.15–0.25 mm), and the bag style, dimensions and zipper position can be customized to customer requirements.

Production runs in a Class 10,000 clean workshop, following the process route of gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing, with artwork reproduced from customer files. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided at the customer's request.

Customization starts from a customer sample bag or artwork: sample or drawing-based proofing confirms material structure, thickness, printed artwork and valve position; after approval, production is scheduled at a minimum order quantity of 10,000 pieces. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and accepts customized sizes and artwork layouts.

Applications focus on the tea category: the 2kg format fits loose leaf tea, tea cake accessories, tea raw materials and gift tea sets. The combination of degassing valve and self-seal zipper balances internal gas release with resealable access for end users storing tea day to day.
