Notice on the Postponement of the 2020 12th Ningbo International Plastic Packaging and Printing Industry Exhibition
Dear exhibitors, visitors and media friends:
Recently, due to new changes in the international pandemic situation, and prudently taking into account the unease and concerns expressed by all participants of the exhibition — including exhibitors, professional buyers, media reporters and the speakers taking part in the forums — regarding the current situation, and also in light of the latest guidance from the relevant departments, the organizers have, after careful consideration, decided that the “2020 Ningbo International Polymer New Materials and New Equipment Expo & 2020 Ningbo International Plastics and Rubber Industry Exhibition”, originally scheduled for May 18-20, 2020 at the Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center, will be postponed. The specific new dates will be announced to the public as soon as they are confirmed by the competent department for exhibitions. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused to you by the postponement of the exhibition.
Although the organizing committee has already invested enormous manpower and material resources for this edition and all preparatory work is basically in place, in this extraordinary period, as a responsible industry platform, it should put the safety and interests of domestic and foreign exhibitors and buyers first. To ensure the safety and effectiveness of the exhibition, the organizing committee has, after careful consideration, made the above postponement decision. At present, the novel coronavirus continues to spread around the world and people are deeply worried, and we believe that postponing the exhibition is undoubtedly the best choice to safeguard everyone's health and safety.
Extraordinary times, extraordinary decisions, extraordinary measures. Thank you to our industry colleagues for your concern, support and understanding. Let us stand together through thick and thin and overcome the difficulties together.
