1L Condensed Milk Bag-in-Box with Spout Valve | Food-Grade Custom BIB Pouch

The 1L condensed milk Bag-in-Box (BIB) consists of a flexible laminated film bag with an external spout valve, normally used together with an outer carton. Common laminates include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 15–25 wire (multi-layer lamination); the structure can be selected according to the filling method and the required barrier direction for condensed milk.

The spout valve is the key difference between this product and same-size, same-use BIB bags without a valve. After filling, product can be dispensed directly through the spout valve as needed, and the valve is joined to the bag by heat sealing; both bag making and heat sealing are completed in-house.

Printing and production process: 1–8 color gravure printing, following the route of gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Production runs in a Class 10,000 clean workshop using food-grade materials, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.

Customization and MOQ: manufactured in Dongguan, Guangdong, with sample/artwork-based proofing and custom sizes and artwork to customer requirements; MOQ is 10,000 pcs, suitable for 1L portioned packaging of condensed milk and similar food products.
