25L red wine Bag-in-Box (BIB) with spout valve uses a flexible bag with spout valve together with an outer box for red wine packaging. The spout valve is the key variant feature, clearly distinguishing it from same-capacity, same-use bag-in-box products without a valve. It is specified for red wine and 25L capacity, with customization according to customer packaging requirements.
The bag can use common composite materials: PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE; multi-layer composite thickness is 15–25 silk. Printing can use 1–8 color gravure printing and supports artwork/layout customization.
Production is carried out in a 10000-class cleanroom. The process route is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request. Origin: Dongguan, Guangdong.
Customization includes sample/artwork proofing and custom sizes and layouts per customer requirements; MOQ is 10,000 pcs. The spout valve is the technical variant of this product for 25L red wine bag-in-box packaging.
