Commonly used composite materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 15–25 silk (multilayer composite); material combinations can be selected according to packaging requirements.
Production takes place in a Class 10000 cleanroom in Dongguan, Guangdong. The process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing; printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing. The double-seal structure is the core sealing feature of this product variant, distinguishing it from other products with the same specifications and use.
The MOQ is 10,000 pcs; the factory can provide sample/artwork proofing and customize sizes and layouts according to customer requirements. Materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
