This roll film is made for machines that produce three-side-seal and four-side-seal sachets, where the pouch outline is cut directly from the moving web. Because there is no stand-up base or fitment, the film runs fast and the seal lines are simple, which is why this format is widely used for single-serve powders, granules, snacks and small liquid doses.
The laminate pairs a printable outer layer with a barrier layer and an inner heat-seal layer. Gauge usually falls between 6 and 12 silk; the exact structure is chosen against the product and the shelf life required, and the web width, roll diameter and core are set to your machine. Printing is done by rotogravure in 1–8 colours so batch, ingredient and barcode information reproduce consistently across a long run.
As a flexible packaging manufacturer we take the machine make and pouch drawing as the starting point and set film structure, gauge and width from there. Production is carried out by Guangdong Kody Packaging, with samples supplied for machine trials before volume orders.
