This food packaging pouch is made from a laminated material in a stand-up, three-side-seal format with a zipper at the top, and it is printed to your own logo and artwork. It is aimed at food flexible packaging that has to work both on the shelf and after opening, which makes it common for snacks, dried goods and grain products.
The body is a laminated structure. Several layers are bonded together to give stiffness and barrier, and the separate stand-up base lets the filled pouch sit upright without support. The zipper works together with the three sealed edges so the pack stays closed between uses while remaining easy for the consumer to open and reseal. The layer order can also be arranged around the contents, for example by adding a light-blocking material in the middle.
Volume is made to order rather than fixed to one size; the dimensions follow the product and the display requirement. Printing is available in 1-8 colours and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. This item carries no valve, spout or other accessory, so the seal and the zipper provide the closure.
Applications are mainly in food and snacks, covering nuts and dried fruit, candy outer wrapping, grains, and portioned flour or sugar. It can also be supplied as a vacuum-preservation flexible pack, and details such as a hanging hole, rounded corners or a tear notch can be agreed at the same time.
