This made-to-order 1-5L liquid spout pouch uses a butterfly valve at the outlet, paired with a carry handle and a double-gusset base to form another bag-in-box combination. A butterfly valve opens and closes through a rotating part, which gives a definite feel at the hand, handy for juice-type liquids that get drawn on many times a day and where a partly open tap would mean a mess on the shelf.
The body is a PET+AL+PA+PE laminate. The foil layer keeps light and oxygen outside, the nylon layer helps the bag survive repeated folding without pinholing, and the inner PE layer welds to the valve seat and spout. The double-gusset base opens out after filling so the bag stands once boxed, and the base does not balloon as the fill settles.
Thickness is 15-25丝, volume covers 1-5L, printing is 1-8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
It answers juice packaging, beverages, red-wine packaging, drinking-water packaging, coffee and liquid packaging, and is often quoted as a valve pouch, oil-valve pouch or foil stand-up pouch.
