This 5kg laminated rice pouch uses a three-side-seal format with a carry handle, and it can be produced as a more premium grain or rice bag to your requirement. The fill range is 1-10kg.
The body is a laminated material. Bonding the layers gives both stiffness and barrier, the three-side-seal edges finish cleanly, and colour printing together with surface finishing can create a more refined look. The handle makes the whole bag easy to lift. Base folds and seal width are set against the fill weight so a heavy pack is less likely to open along a seam.
The fill range is 1-10kg. Printing is available in 1-8 colours with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs. Bag dimensions, surface effect and artwork can all be customised, and one artwork can cover several weights, which suits customers who want to separate tiers within one product series.
Applications cover food, grains, wheat flour, rice and beans, and gift packs or regional speciality packs often use this format as well. A speciality pack and a gift pack usually have to show different positioning on the same bag.
