This custom colour-printed laminated vacuum pouch for rice is supplied mainly as a handle bag, with a fill range from 1kg to 10kg. A lamination finish over the print makes the colours fuller, and the pouch can be vacuumed for retail packs of rice and grains.
The body is a laminated material. The finishing layer protects the printed surface so it resists scuffing and wear during handling, the laminated layers provide barrier and tensile strength, and after vacuuming the bag shrinks onto the contents, which lowers the risk of moisture and insect damage. Seal width across the base is set against the fill weight so a heavy pack keeps its seams.
The fill range is 1-10kg. Printing is available in 1-8 colours with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs. You can fix the fill weight within that range, and bag dimensions, handle type and layout can all follow your drawing. One artwork can cover several weights, and artwork design support can be arranged before the order is placed.
Applications cover food, grains, wheat flour, rice and beans, as well as grain gift packs and family-size formats. Shop shelves and online orders can share the same bag.
Kody Packaging produces these in Dongguan, Guangdong, with finishing, printing and bag-making on the same site. A sample run lets you confirm the colour and the shape of the pack after vacuuming, along with the printed colour and the load point of the handle.
