Custom Nylon (PA) Rice Pouch 5 kg, Colour-Printed, with Carry Handle

This custom 5KG vacuum rice pouch uses a carry-handle bag format, and the laminated structure includes a nylon layer. The printed panel carries your brand information directly, making the pouch suitable for vacuum-packed rice and grains sold at retail.

The nylon layer is there mainly to raise puncture and tear resistance, so that once the bag is vacuumed and being handled it is less likely to fail. The laminated layers and the heat-seal layer complete the structure, and the handle lets the finished pack be carried straight away, which reduces the need for secondary packaging in transit. The base folds and the seal width are designed against the fill weight so a heavy pack keeps its seams.

Capacity spans 1-10KG, colour work reaches 1-8 colours, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs. Handle type, film thickness and artwork can all be set to your requirement, and one artwork can cover several weights so the range goes on shelf as a series.

Fillers use it for rice and wheat flour, for coarse grains and for beans, and the same format takes mixed-grain household packs. Long-grain rice, fragrant rice and mixed blends can all go into one bag.
