Custom Transparent Three-Side-Seal Pouch for Pastry

This transparent vacuum freshness pouch is a see-through flexible pack with a three-side-seal construction. Made from transparent laminated material, it clings to the contents once the air is drawn out, so the state of the product is visible at a glance. It is used mainly for pastry and snack items and for grains.

The three-side seal is its base construction: three edges are heat sealed, the seals are neat, and the pouch face carries no unnecessary joint, so its transparency reads cleanly across the panel. The laminated material adds strength while keeping that clarity, so the pouch resists damage during vacuuming and stacking. Compared with a foil structure, a transparent pouch lets you see the contents directly, which helps with sorting and display.

Specification is made to order and printing can be done in 1-8 colours. Because a transparent pouch is mainly about showing the product, the printed design usually leaves a large see-through area. The minimum order quantity is 10,000 pieces.

Applications are food packaging, with grains and pastry among the common ones, and it also works as a nut and dried-fruit pouch, a snack pouch or a confectionery outer pouch.

The pouches are produced by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong. Printing, lamination, slitting and pouch making follow in sequence, and a sample can be approved from your artwork before bulk production.
