Before the groundbreaking ceremony began, the participants conducted an incense-burning ritual in turn; ceremonial salutes sounded on site, brimming with a festive and joyful atmosphere, and amid the sound of firecrackers they wished the Phase II investment promotion project of the Lijia Eco-Friendly Packaging and Printing Industrial Park roaring success, rolling wealth and new heights.
To warm applause, the leaders took the stage and, holding golden shovels together, broke ground for the "Phase II of the Lijia Eco-Friendly Packaging and Printing Industrial Park" project. The successful holding of this groundbreaking ceremony marks that the Lijia Eco-Friendly Packaging and Printing Industrial Park is about to open a new chapter and step onto a new stage of future development.
After the groundbreaking ceremony, Lijia's internal staff went to the club on the sixth floor of the administration building to celebrate with a meal; the atmosphere was warm and harmonious, and employees offered their blessings one after another. Following the host's passionate opening remarks, Ma Weiwu, Chairman of Lijia International Group, took the stage to speak. He said that today's groundbreaking ceremony for Phase II of the Lijia Eco-Friendly Packaging and Printing Industrial Park was a day very much worth celebrating, and that the launch of the Phase II project represents that Lijia is about to step onto a new stage of future development. The complete success of Phase I investment promotion was inseparable from the support and dedication of Lijia's employees; the Phase II investment promotion project will recommend and introduce more excellent, high-quality enterprise resources, further deepen the integration of industry and education, cultivate high-quality applied, interdisciplinary and innovative talent for the Qiaotou packaging industry, and jointly build a demonstration base for printing and packaging industrial parks in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. He also wished the Phase II project of the Lijia Eco-Friendly Packaging and Printing Industrial Park roaring success and ever-greater prosperity.
The total floor area of Phase II of the Lijia Eco-Friendly Packaging and Printing Industrial Park is 70,000 square meters. The park is located in Qiaotou Town, Dongguan — the famous eco-friendly packaging town of China — in the core area of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, adjacent to the Fanguan Expressway interchange, with convenient transportation and a superior geographical location. The types of enterprises to be recruited are mainly: R&D centers, corporate headquarters, emerging industries and high-tech enterprises. Phase I of the Lijia Eco-Friendly Packaging and Printing Industrial Park was launched in 2017, covering an area of 160 mu with a floor area of 180,000 square meters, and has so far attracted more than 30 upstream and downstream printing and packaging enterprises, with an occupancy rate of 100%. Since its establishment, the Lijia Eco-Friendly Packaging Industrial Park has been equipped with mature supporting facilities — a packaging and printing museum, the Greater Bay Area 3D Innovation and Experiment Base, a multi-function conference hall, a creative design exhibition hall, a dining bar and more — as well as professional property management, meeting in all respects the development needs of corporate headquarters, R&D centers and individual entrepreneurship.
Fortunately, Qiaotou's first expressway interchange, the Fanguan Expressway, is about to open at the end of October, marking that Phases I and II of the Lijia Eco-Friendly Packaging and Printing Industrial Park are about to enter a new period of rapid development.
