1L Liquid Soap Pouch for Disinfectant with Screw Spout

This product is a 1L liquid soap pouch for disinfectant, with a screw spout as the key variant. It is used for liquid soap, disinfectant, and similar liquid packaging, with a 1L pouch capacity and a spout-based dispensing structure. It is clearly differentiated from same-capacity, same-use pouches without a screw spout by its spout configuration.

The pouch can be made from multiple composite materials, including PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE; thickness is 150–250 µm in a multi-layer composite structure. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing and can follow customer layout requirements. The material is food-grade, and material certificates can be provided on request.

Production is carried out in a 10,000-class cleanroom in Dongguan, Guangdong. The main process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, with a screw spout configured in the product structure. Through sample/image proofing, size and layout can be customized to meet 1L disinfectant/liquid soap packaging requirements.
