The pouch can be made from multiple composite materials, including PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE; thickness is 150–250 µm in a multi-layer composite structure. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing and can follow customer layout requirements. The material is food-grade, and material certificates can be provided on request.
Production is carried out in a 10,000-class cleanroom in Dongguan, Guangdong. The main process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, with a screw spout configured in the product structure. Through sample/image proofing, size and layout can be customized to meet 1L disinfectant/liquid soap packaging requirements.
