600mm Heat-Resistant Laminated Roll Film for Automatic Packaging Lines | Dongguan Kangdi Packaging

The 600mm heat-resistant laminated roll film is developed by Dongguan Kangdi Packaging for automatic packaging lines. It uses multi-layer lamination structures, with common materials including PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. Thickness ranges from 150–250 µm, and 1–8 color gravure printing is available for custom artwork.

The product is manufactured in Dongguan, Guangdong, using a 10,000-class cleanroom for laminated roll film processing. The production process covers gravure printing, lamination, and slitting, and can be linked to bag making and heat sealing. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request, making it suitable for automatic packaging line applications with hygiene and print appearance requirements.

The heat-resistant variant is the key difference from roll films of the same width and use. By selecting multi-layer material combinations suited to heat-resistant requirements, such as PET/NY/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, together with 150–250 µm thickness control, it can support heat sealing and subsequent heat-exposure conditions on automatic packaging lines.

For customization, the factory offers sample/image proofing and can customize sizes and artwork according to customer requirements. The standard MOQ is 10,000 pcs. The 600mm specification can be used on automatic packaging lines, and customers can choose suitable material structures and thickness based on contents, sealing method, and packaging line conditions.
