Thickness ranges from 15–25 silk, and 1–8 color gravure printing is available for custom artwork.
The product is manufactured in Dongguan, Guangdong, using a 10,000-class cleanroom for laminated roll film processing. The production process covers gravure printing, lamination, and slitting, and can be linked to bag making and heat sealing. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request, making it suitable for automatic packaging line applications with hygiene and print appearance requirements.
The heat-resistant variant is the key difference from roll films of the same width and use.
