Published:2021-11-23 · Industry News

Recently, the Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Office of Qiaotou Town, Dongguan City, carried out a special rectification campaign in the printing market. A total of 141 person-times of law enforcement personnel were dispatched, 47 printing enterprises were inspected, and 3 printing plants operating in violation of regulations were filed and investigated, with fines reaching more than 90,000 yuan, fully deterring the printing industry market!

It is understood that the Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Office of Qiaotou Town set up two contracted inspection teams and, through daily inspections, staggered-time inspections and surprise inspections, conducted a dragnet screening of printing enterprises in the town, thoroughly investigated clues to gang-related and evil-related problems in the printing market, and rectified chaos in the printing industry.

Law enforcement personnel mainly checked whether printing enterprises had implemented safety production systems, whether their licenses and certificates were complete, whether they operated beyond their business scope, and whether the five printing systems were implemented. During the inspection, law enforcement personnel also patiently and meticulously provided legal education to business operators and managers, urging them to operate lawfully and not to test the law.

Next, the Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Office of Qiaotou Town will further strengthen the management of the printing market, raise the legal awareness of enterprise heads, enhance their concept of law-abiding operation, strengthen enterprise management measures, and strictly rectify illegal and irregular business practices, so that through rectification and standardization the business order of the town's printing enterprises remains sound.
