Jinan Printing and Packaging Industrial Park Gathers 26 Printing and Packaging Enterprises

This is the Jinan Printing and Packaging Industrial Park located in Yuhuangmiao Town, Shanghe County.

Jinan Printing and Packaging Industrial Park has a total investment of 1 billion yuan, covers an area of 241 mu, and has a total floor area of 200,000 square meters. It is composed of 6 sub-projects - Zhongtuo, Hecheng, Quanxing, Boyang, Huayuan and Zhongteng - and has 25 individual buildings including production workshops, a research and development center and a Party-mass center. Its products include degradable fast food boxes, degradable shopping bags, puncture-resistant heavy-duty packaging, color printed packaging, water-based ink printed packaging and premium box packaging. After production begins, it can provide more than 1,000 jobs and achieve an annual output value of 1.7 billion yuan and tax revenue of 110 million yuan.

In recent years, Yuhuangmiao Town has built an industrial cluster centered on the Jinan Printing and Packaging Industrial Park and gathering 26 printing and packaging enterprises. In major sub-sectors such as electronics, technology, education, real estate, food, pesticides, toys, home furnishing and medicine, packaging boxes, packaging cartons, packaging bags, packaging bottles, packaging cans and packaging tubes produced in the town can be seen everywhere.

Today, the printing and packaging industry cluster has established long-term and stable strategic partnerships with nearly 100 international enterprises such as Taiwan Want Want Food, Taiwan Uni-President Enterprises, Qilu Pharmaceutical, JD.com, Three Squirrels and Tmall Supermarket, and has become their excellent supplier.

According to statistics, the pharmaceutical packaging produced by the town accounts for 40% of the national market, and seed packaging accounts for 70% of the national market. Every year it provides SF Express with 43 million parcel boxes, accounting for 90% of the Shandong market; provides Qilu Pharmaceutical with 10 million packaging boxes of various sizes, accounting for 75% of the province; provides JD.com with 35 million parcels and Tmall with 50 million parcels; and each year provides Shanghe Spet with 50 million health product packaging bottles, meeting more than 50% of the packaging demand.

The 6 projects and 26 enterprises in the park are upstream and downstream, and left and right bank, links in each other's industry chains. For example, Zhongtuo's paperboard product is the raw material for Zhongteng's carton production, making them upstream and downstream enterprises; Boyang and Quanxing produce plastic bottles, while Hecheng and Huayuan produce plastic bottle labels, making them left and right bank enterprises. After entering the park to develop as a group, the industry chain has become tighter and production and operation more convenient.

Industrial concentration, resource sharing. Enterprises in the park share one office building, one product exhibition center and one set of heating facilities, avoiding duplicate investment and duplicate construction, which both saves funds and achieves intensive and economical land use, saving land.
