250g Seasoning Foil & Metallized Pouch with One-Way Valve

This 250g seasoning packaging foil & metallized pouch features a one-way valve as its core structure, designed for seasoning packaging scenarios requiring gas exhaust management. It can be made in foil or metallized composite structures to support print presentation and composite barrier needs; the specific material can be selected according to contents, packaging format, and usage requirements.

Common composite materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE; thickness is 150–250 µm (multi-layer composite). Materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.

Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing. The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. The workshop is a 10,000-class cleanroom, and the place of origin is Dongguan, Guangdong.

Sample/artwork proofing is available, and size and artwork can be customized according to customer requirements; MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Customers can provide seasoning packaging requirements to select suitable composite material, thickness, printing solution, and one-way valve structure.
