Common composite materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE; thickness is 15–25丝 (multi-layer composite). Materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing. The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. The workshop is a 10,000-class cleanroom, and the place of origin is Dongguan, Guangdong.
