Dongguan Kangdi Packaging produces 500g tea self-seal zipper pouches with a degassing valve, designed for tea filling and resealable storage. The self-seal zipper supports repeated opening and closing, while the degassing valve structure meets tea packaging scenarios that require gas release. The pouch can be customized according to customer artwork and size requirements for tea packaging.
Common composite materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE; thickness range is 15–25丝 (multi-layer lamination). Materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided on customer request.
Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing. The process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Production is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, with bag making in a 10000-class cleanroom. The 500g specification and layout can be customized to customer requirements.
MOQ is 10,000 pieces. The factory can provide sample/artwork proofing and custom sizes and layouts according to customer requirements, helping tea brands confirm material structure, printing effect, and pouch specifications.
