The self-seal zipper supports repeated opening and closing, while the degassing valve structure meets tea packaging scenarios that require gas release. The pouch can be customized according to customer artwork and size requirements for tea packaging.
Common composite materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE; thickness range is 15–25丝 (multi-layer lamination). Materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided on customer request.
Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing. The process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Production is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, with bag making in a 10000-class cleanroom. The 500g specification and layout can be customized to customer requirements.
