This bag-in-box uses a flexible inner pouch combined with an outer carton. The pouch is built with strong four-side seal or centre seal edges, so it holds up to filling, stacking and transport pressure. A dispensing valve, spout or connector can be fitted to the top panel, giving smooth flow and reliable sealing for tea brewers, water dispensers and similar equipment. Pouch styles include shaped, pillow and handle versions, and valve diameter and position can be adjusted to match your machine inlet, making bulk transfer and end dispensing easier.
The pouch is made from food-grade multilayer laminate, typically a PET/VMPET/PE metallized high-barrier structure, with PET/AL/PE foil laminate also available for stronger oxygen, moisture and light resistance during longer storage. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, producing clear graphics with good ink adhesion for brand logos, instructions and barcodes. Volumes range from 5L to 20L, with 10L, 15L and 20L as common options; film thickness, valve type and carton material can all be selected to suit your product.
These bags are widely used for mineral water, tea brewer water supply, drinking water, juice, syrup, edible oil and other liquid foods during transfer, transport and storage.
