This product is a 25L Bag-in-Box (BIB) whose defining feature is a button valve fitted to the bag: pressing the valve dispenses the product and releasing it closes the passage automatically, making it suitable for industrial filling and end-use dispensing of condensed milk and other high-viscosity, moisture-sensitive liquids. The valve seat and bag heat-seal area are designed for reinforced sealing, and together with the outer box the unit forms a stable shipping and storage pack.
Common laminated structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, selected according to the oxygen-barrier, light-blocking, flex-crack and stiffness requirements of condensed milk; total multi-layer thickness is 15–25 silk. Printing is 1–8 color gravure, with artwork and brand information customizable.
Production takes place in a Class 10,000 clean room in Dongguan, Guangdong, following the process: gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, with the button valve assembled during bag making and heat sealing to ensure consistent sealing between valve seat and bag body. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided on customer request.
Customization flow: customer supplies a sample bag or artwork → sample proofing from sample/artwork to confirm layout and valve position → confirmation of size and material structure → mass production. Sizes and layouts are customizable to customer requirements, with a minimum order quantity of 10,000 pcs, suitable for replacing rigid drums for condensed milk, central kitchens and food processing line feeding.
