This product is a 25L Bag-in-Box (BIB) dedicated to syrup, and its key feature is the button valve fitted at the bag outlet, which supports controlled dispensing and partial use of syrup and suits BIB packaging used together with an outer carton or drum. Compared with standard valve versions of the same size and application, the button valve construction is the most direct point of differentiation.
The bag body uses a multi-layer laminated film structure. Common laminates include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness range of 15–25 silk (multi-layer lamination), so the structure can be selected according to the filling, barrier and mechanical strength requirements of the syrup.
The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing to present brand information and product identification on the bag. Production runs in a Class 10,000 clean workshop, and food-grade materials are used; material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
For customization, the factory supports sampling from customer samples or drawings and can customize dimensions and artwork to customer requirements, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs and production based in Dongguan, Guangdong. Customers can finalize the bag type, valve assembly method and laminate structure in line with filling equipment interfaces, outer carton format and transport conditions.
