Dongguan Kangdi Packaging's 3L syrup Bag-in-Box (BIB) uses a button valve as the core dispensing structure, suitable for syrup product packaging and dispensing. The inner bag is made of food-grade multi-layer laminated film with a thickness range of 15–25 silk, produced in a Class 10000 cleanroom in Dongguan, Guangdong.
Common lamination materials can be selected as needed: PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. These material combinations can be used for the usual barrier, stiffness, and heat-seal performance requirements of syrup packaging.
Printing and process: supports 1–8 color gravure printing. The process flow is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Custom sizes and layouts are available, with sample/artwork proofing services.
The MOQ is 10,000 pcs. The button valve helps with syrup dispensing control, and the BIB structure is suitable for syrup liquid packaging scenarios. Food-grade materials can be provided with material certificates upon customer request.
