This product is a 20L syrup Bag-in-Box (BIB) with a butterfly valve. It is used for syrup-type liquid packaging, with a multi-layer composite inner bag and a butterfly valve as the dispensing interface. Compared with same-size, same-use products using other valve types, the butterfly valve configuration makes selection and identification clearer.
Common composite structures for the inner bag include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 15–25 silk (multi-layer composite). Materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided according to customer requirements.
Printing can use 1–8 color gravure printing to meet artwork customization needs. The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, carried out with 10,000-class cleanroom production control. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and the origin is Dongguan, Guangdong.
