This 2L calf colostrum pouch is built with a rigid frame / plastic stand variant, helping the pouch stay upright and stable for calf colostrum packaging. The laminated structure can be specified with PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, or PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness range of 15–25 silk (multi-layer lamination).
The pouch structure, heat-sealed edges, and rigid frame fit can be customized according to the layout and assembly requirements. Printing is available in 1–8 color gravure printing, with sample/image proofing and custom size/layout service. Production is carried out in a 10,000-class cleanroom in Dongguan, Guangdong, following gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing.
