This is a 100g foil and metallized pouch for seasoning, with a one-way valve as its key feature for gas release from the pouch. This makes it clearly different from same-size, same-use seasoning pouches without a valve. The pouch uses a multi-layer laminated structure with a thickness of 15–25 silk. Common lamination materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. Foil or metallized structures can be selected according to seasoning packaging needs.
Production is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a 10,000-class cleanroom. The materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request. Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing, allowing artwork and text printing according to the customer’s layout. Bag making and heat sealing processes are suitable for 100g seasoning packaging specifications, and the one-way valve can be integrated into the pouch structure.
The main process route is: gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. This workflow supports batch production of foil and metallized laminated pouches and can be combined with one-way valve configuration for seasoning packaging bags. The MOQ is 10,000 pieces, suitable for custom seasoning packaging projects requiring customized size, artwork, and valve configuration.
