[Structure & Materials] Common laminate options include PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/NY/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE and kraft paper/PE, selected according to the seasoning form (powder, granule, spice) and barrier requirements. Multi-layer laminates run 15–25 silk in thickness, balancing oxygen barrier, light blocking, moisture protection and stiffness.
[Specification & Printing] This product is a 1kg seasoning pouch fitted with a one-way valve on the bag body. Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing; artwork content and pouch dimensions can both be customized to customer requirements, matching different seasoning brands' on-pack information and shelf presentation.
[Valve & Process] The production route is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, with the one-way valve assembled during bag making and heat sealing. The valve allows accumulated gas inside the pouch to vent in one direction while reducing the return of outside air and moisture — this variant is the key feature distinguishing the product from standard seasoning pouches of the same size and use.
[Use & Customization] Suitable for 1kg seasoning packs (powder, granules, spices, etc.). MOQ is 10,000 pcs, produced in Dongguan, Guangdong, with bag making in a Class 10,000 cleanroom using food-grade materials; material certificates can be provided upon customer request. Sample-based and artwork-based proofing are supported, with custom sizes and artwork per customer requirements.
