This 500g coffee bean foil and metallized zipper pouch can be produced in multi-layer structures such as PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/VMPET/NY/PE and PET/AL/NY/PE. The zipper variant is designed for repeated opening and resealing after the coffee bag is opened. Thickness: 15–25丝 (multi-layer lamination).
Printing and process: the process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. 1–8 color gravure printing is available, and size and artwork can be customized according to customer requirements. Sample/image proofing is available. Production takes place in Dongguan, Guangdong in a 10000-class cleanroom.
Other available material structures include PET/NY/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE and kraft paper/PE. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request. MOQ: 10,000 pcs.
Application and customization: suitable for 500g coffee bean packaging, with foil or metallized structures and a zipper.
