This product is a 500g foil & metallized pouch for health supplements, configured with a one-way exhaust valve. It is designed for health supplement packaging that requires both barrier performance and gas release. The pouch can be customized in size and layout, with common multi-layer composite thickness of 15–25 silk.
Composite material structures can be selected according to the product and packaging requirements, including PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Printing and bag making are carried out in Dongguan, Guangdong. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing. The standard process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Production is carried out in a 10000-class cleanroom, suitable for customized health supplement packaging.
Customization includes sample/drawing proofing and custom size/layout according to customer requirements. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs. The one-way exhaust valve is the key feature that distinguishes this product from ordinary foil & metallized pouches of the same size and use for 500g health supplement packaging.
