[Structure & Materials] This 5kg seasoning foil & metallized zipper pouch is built on a multi-layer laminated structure. Common laminations include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, selected according to the barrier, light-blocking and stiffness requirements of the seasoning. Finished thickness is 15–25 wire (multi-layer lamination). The pouch is fitted with a zipper, making 5kg bulk seasoning easy to reopen and dispense after first use.
[Production Process] The process runs gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing to reproduce brand colors and graphic details, while slitting accuracy and heat sealing parameters are set to match the bag style and material structure, keeping the zipper area and seal edges intact.
[Workshop & Material Compliance] Bags are made in a Class 10000 clean workshop in Dongguan, Guangdong. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided on customer request, suitable for seasoning packaging applications.
