The 2L specification is combined with a screw spout structure for filling, storage, transport, and pouring use, with different laminated structures available to match pouch stiffness, barrier, and printing requirements.
Common laminated materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness range of 15–25 silk (multi-layer lamination). The laminated structure can be selected according to syrup product characteristics and packaging requirements, and the pouch is equipped with a screw spout.
Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing, and the production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing.
