This 500ml liquid pouch bag for vinegar uses a four-side seal with spout structure: the four-side seal gives the pouch a fully sealed perimeter, while the spout is positioned at one corner for precise pouring, controlled flow and resealing, which suits condiment liquids such as vinegar that are used repeatedly.
Common composite materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 15–25 silk (multi-layer composite). Different material combinations can be selected according to the acidity, light-blocking and barrier requirements of vinegar — for example, structures containing AL or VMPET can be chosen when light protection or higher barrier is needed.
The production process runs in the order of gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing for brand information and usage instructions on the layout. Production takes place in a Class 10,000 clean workshop using food-grade materials, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
For customization, the factory supports sampling based on customer samples or drawings, and customizes sizes and print layouts to customer requirements, with a minimum order quantity of 10,000 pieces, produced in Dongguan, Guangdong. After the customer provides a sample pouch or design drawing, the material structure, thickness and print layout can be confirmed before sampling and mass production.
