This collapsible liquid pouch is built around a foldable stand-up body with reinforced seals on all four sides. The folded base keeps the empty pouch compact for storage, yet it stands stably once filled. A food-grade spout sits at the top and can be paired with a dust cap or press-type valve for smooth, leak-resistant dispensing. A clip slot on the side lets users attach the pouch to a cycling backpack, handlebar or waist belt, and single- or double-spout versions are both available.
The pouch body is usually made from PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or nylon laminates, with a food-grade inner sealing layer that combines flex resistance, puncture strength and good barrier performance for drinking water and liquid foods. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving fine detail and consistent colour, either as full-surface artwork or with deliberate unprinted areas. Standard capacities run from 250ml to 2L, with 480ml and 500ml being common outdoor sizes; pouch shape, spout diameter and clip position can all be adjusted.
Typical uses include cycling, running, hiking and camping, as well as portable packaging for sports drinks, juice, drinking water and sauce-type liquid foods. The custom process normally moves from confirming pouch type and capacity, to artwork or sample submission, sample approval and then bulk production. Our factory is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, runs a Class 10000 clean workshop, and handles film blowing, printing, lamination and pouch making in house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and matching roll film is available on request.
