Custom 5kg Screw Cap Liquid Pouch for Sesame Paste and Soup Base

This stand-up liquid pouch is designed for medium- to high-viscosity liquids and semi-fluid foods. A screw-cap twist spout sits at the top of the bag: close it to seal, twist it open to pour, so the contents flow out smoothly and leave little residue on the neck. Wide heat-sealed edges, a shaped bottom gusset and reinforced weld lines keep the pouch leak-resistant under stacking and transport stress, making it suitable for heavier fills such as 5kg sesame paste or sesame oil, while letting consumers reopen and reuse it easily.

The pouch body is built from food-grade laminates such as PET/PE, PA/PE or PET/AL/PE, with structure and thickness adjusted to the acidity, oil content and sterilisation method of your product for a balance of barrier, puncture and drop performance. Outer layers take 1-8 colour gravure printing for rich, register-stable graphics, from brand colours and gradients to fine text. Standard volumes run from 500ml to 5L (about 1kg to 6kg), and bag style, spout diameter, seal width and matching roll film can all be customised.

Typical applications include sesame oil, sesame paste, peanut butter, hotpot soup base, sauce, syrup and household liquid products, filled by food processors, condiment brands and foodservice suppliers.
