This product is a 500ml edible oil liquid pouch bag with a three-side seal, no spout structure. Common composite materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with 150–250 µm multilayer composite thickness.
Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing. The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. It is a three-side seal pouch without a spout, in 500ml capacity, suitable for edible oil packaging that requires a no-spout liquid pouch format.
Materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request. Production is carried out in a 10,000-class cleanroom in Dongguan, Guangdong. Specific composite material, thickness, and print colors can be selected within the common range according to customer requirements.
